In a bistro-brasserie atmosphere, Thomas and Sandra Lepetit receive you at the Echevins, famous Marseille address. Just a stone's throw from the Old Port, the chef offers simple, tasty cuisine, a very good value for money, prepared with fresh and high quality products. From entrance to dessert to bread: everything is made home, with authenticity and delicacy. Like the dressing of the pocketbooks, the skipper and the urchin cream, the house burger, or the milket of the tomato jam. Even though the cheeses may be too senseless afterwards, cellar wine is very relevant. The Echevin: a welcoming and unavoidable street street on Rue Saint, and certainly recommended by the Petit Futé.

Mon onglet en comparaison de la table d un voisin avait la taille d un index chétif. La dame me sert le plat avec humour en précisant qu il avait rétrécit à la cuisson. Par contre, la note n a elle pas été diminuée.
Sinon, ce petit monde essait d être convivial en vous présentant la petite famille mais à la base je m étais rendu dans ce resto pensant bien manger.
Essai ce midi pour la formule plat du jour café gourmand. Accueil parfait avec juste un peu d’attente avant de recevoir le plat: gnocchi sauce moutarde et poulet grillé.
Pas terrible pour l’originalité et qualité moyenne. Un peu déçu car gnocchi industriel et poulet médiocre. Bon café gourmand qui rattrapera le plat. 18€ la formule: le prix est correct mais ne m’incite pas à y revenir.
