Corsican restaurant offering traditional dishes revisited in Marseille.
Le Cercle rouge is a Corsican restaurant where you can enjoy traditional dishes and a fine selection of tapas: sheep's cheese fritters, marinated and grilled pork ribs with maquis honey, figatelli bush nems, cheese platter... As a main course, sautéed veal with olives in the St Nicolas style, bush lasagna and seasonal vegetables, roasted "tiger" veal shank in its own juice... For dessert, let yourself be tempted by a flan with candied chestnuts and chestnut caramel, a tiramisu with canistrelli, or the artisanal Tarentina ice creams. All served in a warm atmosphere, near the fireplace in the room or in the heated patio. A smart address!

Tapas et cuisine corse maison. Très bon lieu pour des anniversaires ou repas d'entreprise en détente ! Des saveurs inédites à découvrir sans modération.

We visited Marseilles in 2022 and found this restaurant by searching on google for restaurant nearby our hotel.
It was a small restaurant, but it was a hidden gem in Marseille! Their menu was artistically written on blackboard with white chalk and their kind staff explained and recommended dishes in English. We tried appetizer and steak and ordered a bottle of red wine and it was all delicious! The service was friendly and very helpful made us feel so welcomed.
We had dinner upstairs dining area with small garden, cute lighting and candles. Great ambiance for dinner.
They only have limited seating area, reservation is encouraged.
