BIBLIOTHÈQUE ALCAZAR BMVR

Created in 1857, Alcazar was in the beginning a concert hall who could accommodate 2,000 people and who saw occurring a bunch of artists of which Yves Montand, Fernandel and Jacques Brel. Since 2004, it became the most famous library of Marseille and one of largest of France! In its shelves, more than 350,000 volumes, newspapers, CD, DVD, and funds rare, distributed on four levels and a surface open to the public of 11,000 m ².
