Fassy's fougasses are famous in the whole region! Salted with olives, grattons... or sweetened, orange blossom, chocolate, anise, lemon... we love them all! You will also find sacristains, tuiles, oreillettes, navettes, all the sweets of Provence. It is now 6 generations that are transmitted from father to son, the knowledge, the taste of things well done and good ingredients to offer the best. The bakery also offers a large choice of breads and in the summer the home-made ice creams are delicious.

The Maillane market is held every Thursday morning on the Place de l'Église. It is a very small market, but so typical that it is worth a visit, if only because it is held in the village where Frédéric Mistral was born. It is mainly food products, sold by local producers, but also clothing and some other non-food products. There are not many exhibitors and the atmosphere is particularly friendly, a bit like the markets of yesteryear. The shadow of Mistral still hangs over it.
