Located in the central square of Frédéric Mistral's birthplace, you can enjoy bistronomic cuisine on their magnificent terrace. The produce here is fresh, local and in season. During our visit, we fell for the asparagus velouté and artichokes en barigoule from Maillane (produced by Mazet Maillanais), and it was a delight. Matured rib of beef and Ventoux pork chop are also well worth the detour. There's also a fine wine list. Last but not least, the strawberry platter is a must...
