The Château de Fonscolombe, a five-star hotel belonging to the 2L Collection group and bearing the Relais & Châteaux label, is located just outside Aix-en-Provence. The hotel has 2 restaurants, the luxury brasserie L'Orangerie and the gastronomic restaurant La Table de l'Orangerie. In fine weather, the restaurants are located on the terraces in the park. On the menu, Provencal products are sublimated, accompanied by the inspirations of the talented Chef Quentin Durand, who is in charge of both restaurants.

Open every day for lunch and dinner. From the 31st of March to the beginning of January. Menu : 55 € approximately. Wine by the glass. Sunday brunch : 60€ adults and 24€ children. American Express. Nothing great about it. Very flavorless. Anything from their really bad pastries. To there tasteless meat, pasta or anything really. Only thing that was nice (thanks to the peas purée that were literally full of butter and that’s why it was like a super creamy mash), were the grilled vegetables.

Magnifique jardin extérieur. On a dinné entre les amis à l'intérieur. Les présentations sont soignées, cependant, les goûts ne sont pas à la hauteur et ne correspondent pas au prix élevé. Selon mon goût, L'entrée de poulpe avec radis ne présente aucun intérêt, et l'aubergine manque d'élaboration. Les plats principaux sont corrects en goût. En dessert, le panna cotta est banal. L'abricot , le mille-feuille se distinguent comme les meilleurs goûts de la soirée. Le service est agréable, mais il pourrait être amélioré en termes d'attention. Un point positif : les chiens sont autorisés à l'intérieur.

Très beau cadre par contre brunch pas du tout au niveau du prix pratiqué. De plus nous attendons toujours la carafe d eau .très déçu je ne conseille pas

From the moment you step inside, the warm and attentive staff ensure that your experience is nothing short of perfect. I was particularly impressed with the Burrata appetizer, which was paired with incredibly fresh and flavorful tomatoes. This simple yet delightful combination showcased the restaurant's commitment to using high-quality ingredients in their dishes.

The highlight of my visit to L'Orangerie was undoubtedly the Rack of Lamb, which was designed to be shared between two diners. Succulent, tender, and expertly prepared, this dish was nothing short of a culinary masterpiece. The accompanying sides complemented the dish perfectly, making it an unforgettable dining experience that I cannot recommend enough.
