Florent Djahafi took the plunge and set up his own patisserie after more than fifteen years working for well-known names in the region, notably Philippe Segond in Aix. A talented patissier-chocolatier, he offers us beautiful cakes, cookies and entremets to indulge our sweet tooth at dessert, to punctuate a good meal or at teatime. From seasonal cakes to Yule logs, crowns and galettes for kings, party cakes and birthday cakes, Delphine welcomes you with a smile.
