고객을 아주 불쾌하게 하는 커트헤어 여자 매니저가 리셉션에 있어요. 고객이 돈을 지불했는데도 안 했다고 하고 자세히 알아보지도 않고 나를 도둑 취급을 하며 빨리 카드
달라고 윽박지르고 소리 질렀어요! 저를 아주 불쾌하게 만들어 여행하는 내내 너무 기분이 나빴고 여행을 다 망쳤다! 결국 알고 보니 저 여자가 내 호텔 지불 내역을 확인도 안 한 거고 또한 정중히 사과도 안 했다. 이 여자 매니저는 수건 한 장 주는 것도 아까워하고 고객에게 눈치를 준다. 나는 여름 축제가 너무 좋아 이곳에 자주 갔고 친구들에게 호텔 안내도 많이 했지만 이 여자 매니저가 리셉션에 계속 있다면 나는 절대로 이 호텔에 안 갈것이고 이 불쾌한 마음을 친구들에게 & 계속 sns에 올릴 거다. 저런 매니저가 저 저리에 있다는 것 자체가 호텔에는 적자다! ????????????
