A Mediterranean cuisine inspired by seasonal and local products in La Roque-d'Anthéron.

Le Jas is our favorite address in La Roque d'Anthéron. Émeric Corbon worked for Édouard Loubet (ex Capelongue in Bonnieux) and Michel Kayser (in Garons) before settling here in 2021. His Mediterranean cuisine is inspired by seasonal and local produce. Zucchini flowers in summer, terrines and pâté en croûte in autumn, game and truffles in winter, fish all year round. The same goes for desserts, with fruits of the moment or a timeless Paris-Brest. Excellent wine list. Lovely little flower-filled terrace

Très bon accueil, carte soignée, produits de qualité. Tout était bon, de l'apéritif au dessert, cuisiné maison à base de produits frais. Menu enfant (magret ou filet de bœuf avec légumes et purée) qui change de steak frite et pâtes !
