Le Jas is our favorite address in La Roque d'Anthéron. Émeric Corbon worked for Édouard Loubet (ex Capelongue in Bonnieux) and Michel Kayser (in Garons) before settling here in 2021. His Mediterranean cuisine is inspired by seasonal and local produce. Zucchini flowers in summer, terrines and pâté en croûte in autumn, game and truffles in winter, fish all year round. The same goes for desserts, with fruits of the moment or a timeless Paris-Brest. Excellent wine list. Lovely little flower-filled terrace
