After his training in Besançon, Rodolfo Mejia was able to develop his skills as a chef at the Villa Madie (2 stars in Cassis). The desire to fly on his own wings allows him to propose a menu faithful to his Salvadorian origins and his passion for technique and products. A cuisine full of flavours and colours, popcorn tortilla stuffed with crab and mackerel marinated in hibiscus vinegar; pulled pork shank, seasoned with fine herbs and dried fruits; Ceviche lovers will be delighted. A discreet place that is good for the taste buds!
