Nous avons bravé la pluie pour manger au Bustan et nous avons bien fait. Très très bonne cuisine libanaise. La dernière fois nous avions juste grignoté et déjà leur houmous au sésame noir nous avait bluffé. Là, nous avons pu découvrir l'étendu du talent du chef. Feuilles de vigne excellentes, les samossas, la trilogie. J'ai fini avec le flan libanais léger et délicat, un délice. En résumé un super dîner.
