In Entressen, in Mas le Vallon, fruit and vegetables have been cultivated for several generations. Magali, the mother of the family, manages the shop. Her son, Edouard, works in the fields and greenhouses. More than a decade ago, the farm was converted to organic farming on a little more than a hectare of market garden crops. Courgettes, tomatoes (8 old varieties), beans, fennel and cucumber are grown without any chemical treatment.

An establishment that is totally in line with a healthier and more responsible way of producing and consuming.
