Restaurant offering a varied menu: hearty dishes and fine cuisine in the heart of downtown!
A sure thing, a restaurant very appreciated by the Istarians. In the heart of the city, Daniel and Audrey are waiting for you to discover their varied and tempting menu. Chicken wraps, Charolais beef tartare with a knife, burgers, beef grenadine, red label farm pig rib, cuttlefish with parsley and chorizo, lean fillet and lemon butter. All appetites will find satisfaction, copious dishes but a fine cuisine. A fine choice of gourmet desserts as well. A fine selection of wines, including regional wines of course. We love to sit on the spacious terrace. Efficient service.

Premier plat, rôti de porc saignant à cœur, trop grillé sur les bords, pomme de terre farineuse, pain servi de qualité moyenne à peine équivalent à un menu de cantine, personnel agréable et serviable, je conseille la salade mais de préférence sans pomme de terre...

Tout est toujours TOP à la Pincée depuis l’arrivée des nouveaux propriétaires (bien mieux qu’avant !!!). Ils sont adorables, aux petits soins et très pro !!
