It's a visit that all families in the neighborhood have at least made once… in winter. The Gardanne site was chosen for its very representative forest environment of Provence. It is an old farm that houses a recreation and information area. In addition to traditional museographic space, the eccomusea offers a 1.5 kilometer discovery trail in the pine forest and oak, punctuated by 20 stations with coal, lime oven and mills that reflect the ancient human uses of the site. For the small: a theater and tales, a playful botanical trail. Thus the eccomusea of the Forest and its park make you discover the mysteries of the soil, the diversity of environments, history, fragility of ecosystems in a varied manner and adapted to all ages. The museum's 1,000 m 2 exhibits include audiovisual shows, interactive terminals, games, models and giant photographs. Workshops and animations are regularly organized, especially for the young audience. Finally, the site is home to a restaurant, The Green Table.

L'ecomusée est plutôt orienté pour te visite avec des enfants. L'ensemble est bien conçu dans ce cadre.
La visite du musée et des deux partie extérieures prend environ 3h30.
Il est possible de bien manger sur place.
Le personnel est très à l'écoute et plus qu'impliqué.
À noter un centre aéré durant les vacances qui semble plutôt plaisant.
Prévoyez une journée sans pluie ! ????
