Why La Casa di Mina simply because Mina is the Corsican grandmother. Thus one finds there the best Corsican products. On the early side, 100% local products within a 40 km radius. Products from an ecological agriculture. The range of Marius products is very well represented, tapenade, anchovy paste, ratatouille, ristes and regional products. You will obviously enjoy Corsican cheeses and their Provencal cousins. But also pasta from the wheat of the mas de Daudet, fresh eggs, charcuterie from Luberon, regional wines... A farandole of delights.
