For 4 generations this company, created in 1880 by Epiphanie, the great-great-grandmother of Sylvie Parent (who currently manages the company) has been at the service of gourmandise. The calisson is the flagship product of the company. Classic, it is available in several flavors and is coated with chocolate at Christmas and Easter. The nougats, another speciality, have pretty names: Mister Nougat Caramel, Madam Victorine, Miss Vanilla, Mister Hard... Fruidoraix, Also the traditional orange blossom shuttles, and shuttles with olives, Espelette pepper or caramel chips. The ancestral recipes are respected but we will not know more, the factory is not visited.

Nous avons découvert leurs navettes aux olives et à la tomate, qui n'ont rien à voir avec les chips et autres biscuits salés servis habituellement pour l'apéritif. Depuis j'en ai toujours 1 ou 2 boites en réserve. Leurs navettes à la fleur d'oranger sont très gourmandes aussi
