The Confiserie d'Entrecasteaux is one of the oldest calissons factories in Aix. Founded in 1889, bought in 2013 by Irene and Serge Evans, the factory moved from the rue d'Entrecasteaux in Aix to Eguilles within the Halles 1889 in a setting dedicated to gastronomy. The workshop is visible from the store which is a real gourmet case for the calissons. The range extends to other Provencal specialties, navettes, dry cookies and also the sublime pastries of Frédéric Lang. To take away or to taste on the spot in the tea room.
