Chantal de Lander-Gambens cultivates 7 hectares of olive trees in organic. It is the co-operative Oléicole oléicole that tweak olives according to an ancestral process. The oil of the Domaine de Vautubière is a high-end olive oil made up of 5% of the oldest olive varieties and 95% of provencal olives (plant of Aix) and salonenque (Salon plant), the softness of the second mild the zeal of the first.
