À 2h du matin je me suis fait réveiller par des puces de lit , j'ai composé le 9 pour avoir la personne de nuit qui m'a dit au téléphone que j'étais une menteuse bien sûr je lui ai dit de venir dans ma chambre que j'avais la preuve. Je lui ai présenté la bête et il a confirmé que c'était une puce de lit , qu'il a jeté par terre c'était pas grave si elle se multipliait c'est moi qui l'a tué. on m'a changé de chambre avec des réflexions si on en trouvait dans la deuxième ça venait de ma part.
Insulter les clients comme ça ce n'est pas correct du tout. Bien sûr je suis rentré chez moi j'ai du tout laver pour être sûr de pas en ramener chez moi.
Hôtel ne mérite pas un trois étoiles , la route qui passe à côté , les prises qui ne fonctionne pas , le personnel de nettoyage qui parle trop fort qui se croit en vacances et le parking je n'en parle même pas.
Le personnel à la réception est très accueillant et renseigne sur les choses à faire et à voir. Chambre donnant sur une petite cour, sans bruit (nous étions hors saison). Petit déjeuner à volonté et varié.
Not easy to get a taxi or an uber so bear this in mind if not driving for planning onward travel.
Challenges your fitness levels walking back up to the hotel after a day at the Port so bear this in mind. However, the quiet is worth it.
Staff were super friendly and accommodating and the room was delightfully simple and very clean.
The 'quiet' setting on the AC was ideal.
We didn't have breakfast but it looked lovely.
