Cuisine based on local produce with Mediterranean flavours.

You'll pass this 19th-century farmhouse on your way to Beaurecueil, where chef René Bergès officiates, assisted by Chantal Louis. Once a Michelin-starred chef, René, who has not yet retired, perpetuates a gastronomic tradition: cannelloni de langouste sauce aurore is one of his specialties. The other dishes on the menu praise Provence: Mamie Gabrielle's feet and packages, Paul Cézanne's lamb stew, scented with thyme and rosemary from Sainte-Victoire. For dessert, let yourself be surprised by Croque-Violette, a French toast-style brioche.

Repas de pâques à 60 euro sans les vins cuisine bonne mais sans bonne surprise et un peu cher pour ce que l on nous présente, déçu car le cuisinier est maître cuisinier de France Cuisine ordinaire avec de bon produit comme on cuisine à la maison

Bravo au Chef Ronan Duffait pour ce superbe moment où j'ai dégusté des plats du
menu "Autour de la truffe".
Des recettes originales et savoureuses de la mise en bouche au dessert.
Surprise : une glace à la truffe.Surprenante et délicieuse.
Que du bonheur dans un joli décor.

BCBG has to be avoided if you like simple and authenticity
Disappointing. As the first visit had enchanted me as much second my disappointed. Despite a warm welcome and a pleasant setting, we were disappointed by the quality of the meat. The chuck cooking low temperature it is proven very hard, unworthy a restaurant which is quality. Too bad.
