Bar Soler is a landmark in Aureille. It has a long history, since it was founded by the former raseteur André Soler, who in his day thrilled the crowds at the Camargue race, part of the legendary Trophée des AS. It's the place to go for Provencal cuisine based on fresh local produce, including entrecote, cheeseburger and Soler salad. In summer, it's the place to go for the Club Taurin festival, pistou soup on the last Friday in July or the famous aioli party in August. The bar is open from 7 a.m. to midnight.
