In 2015, Guillaume, launched his Bariana range with a real project around rum in Marseille. As in the th century where the majority alcohol in Marseilles was rum, Bariana pupil, assemble and markets in wine merchants, rum. The range also includes rye whisky, gin, liqueurs and the famous Pastis pastis with fresh plants in the area. It also revives missing spirits.
