The olives are grown locally on the estate, harvested by hand and cold extracted to produce olive oil from different varieties: aglandaou, salonenque, caillon, picholine, frantoï, grossane and bouteillan. Several choices are offered to you, in bulk, in glass or stainless steel bottles, from 1 to 5 litres. Private individuals can have their own olives crushed!

There is nothing more charming than a Provencal market! Aubagne's markets are known throughout the region. Four times a week you can visit the large courtyards of the city center and the last Sunday of each month at the Espace des Libertés. The food, horticultural and cut flower markets take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. The non-food market takes place on Tuesdays from 8am to 1pm. From January to November, every3rd Saturday of the month from 8am to 1pm, a professional flea market is organized. Ask the tourist office for the exact location.

A true institution on the Canebière since 1927, the Noailles Coffee Shop has undergone significant development under the impetus of the famous coffee roaster Henry Blanc who bought the store in 1988. Five stores were first opened throughout Marseille before the opening of a store in Aubagne. Here you will find an exceptional selection of coffees from all over the world roasted in the strictest tradition. You will be able to have a coffee at the counter while tasting a confectionery or chocolate in a very successful 1920's decor.

A family affair above all. Emma and Christophe's grandfather bought the land in 1900. Following a fire, he initially focused on growing medicinal plants, before opting in 2002 to grow 2,500 olive trees. The main varieties you'll find here: aglandau, then picholine and also bouteillan, an old tree of the cayane variety. In terms of production, olive oil changes every year depending on the harvest. They also make olive oil-based soaps and Provencal herbal teas. Today, Emma and Christophe run the estate with their children, at the foot of the Garlaban, in the heart of the Aubagne region, a true brand of terroir.
