This house reissues a collection of spirits that have disappeared today and that existed from the to the century

Since 2011, Guillaume Ferroni has been developing and crafting innovative old spirits at Château des Creissauds. Under the name "Série des Lumières", Maison Ferroni, a blender, ageer and bottler by trade, is currently reissuing a collection of spirits from the 17th to 19th centuries that have now disappeared. You'll discover part of this world during your visit. On the program: a tour of the various rum and whisky cellars, the aromatic garden, the stills and the maceration chamber used to make vintage pastis, and a tasting session.
