Bonne situation sur la place du forum, au cœur d’Arles piéton. Attention du bruit de 22h à minuit: musique place du forum. Avec la propreté, voilà les points positifs. Sinon réel manque de confort. Meubles anciens, assez austères. Il manque de l’eau et boissons chaudes à disposition dans la chambre. Accueil à la réception à améliorer.

Bon hôtel, très bien situé. Personnel très sympathique et à l’écoute.
Le petit déjeuner est en buffet ce qui est très pratique pour les enfant.
Je ne mets pas 5 étoiles car ascenseur est bruyant et audible la nuit.
