Armand Arnal's cooking has no carbon footprint. In fact, all the ingredients he uses in his healthy and tasty cuisine are harvested around him. His "small" organic vegetable garden of 2 hectares provides the vegetables, and the meat and fish don't come from far away either. The dishes are prepared whole, to preserve all their flavor... The recipes are intuitive and original. For lunch, try the picnic formula for a tasty moment suspended in the garden, it's magical. A good address to try urgently.
