Goat farm with about thirty goats and a billy goat in Allauch
The Nivaggioli family welcomes you all year round in this pretty little corner of Provence, in the Peynaou valley. About thirty goats and a billy goat make up the herd. The production of raw milk cheeses, about a hundred per day, thanks to the 90 litres of milk collected each day during the two daily milkings, comes from a century-old recipe handed down by old Allaudian shepherds. These cheeses will be found on the markets of the region. You can visit the farm with your children, especially in February, when the kids are just born.

Qualité exceptionnelle de cette exploitation, tant pour l'accueil, notamment des enfants, que pour ses produits fromagers. Justine, Odile et Louis sont particulièrement gentils, passionnés par leur activité, leur région et attachés à la rigueur de la fabrication des fromages. Toute la famille a adoré cette visite
