This small and committed structure constitutes an ethical and equitable interface between organic producers and consumers who want to fill their basket in an alternative way. If you want to enjoy fresh seasonal products and you want to support local agriculture, go directly to the grocery store, where you will find all the vegetables and fruits, but also raw milk and yoghurts, fresh ravioli, tofu from the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, essential oils and herbs, and all sorts of products to make your own organic cosmetics. And next door, there is the Fabrique à pain... bio.

I had lunched with 2 times a lunch and I had their salads very good. Deciding to go back an evening with friends here we were enormously disappointed by the quality of what we had in the dish. In all the dishes that we had ordered (they are salads or pasta!) we were entitled to a number of cooked carrots Vichy into slices (the same as one served with the canteen as the school!) with cooked basil (undeniably frozen) not good. And I can assure you that carrots of its kind really do not go in a salad tomatoes mozza or pasta tomatoes basil! We supposed that the chef wanted to liquidate a carrot dish that it had not run out... We can not go back definitely more! It is a pity... I hope that it was only exceptional... This says desserts were good and friendly service.
