An organic brand of artisanal beer 100% from Aix-en-Provence! Here is a team of motivated young friends with a passion for hops, determined to offer their brand a place of choice among the beers of the region. Artisanal, organic and local, this brewery makes it a point of honour to remain so. Classic blond, brown and amber beers (the Sainte-Victoire, a white with fruity and sunny notes is a delight) and IPA (Paul Jack beer), ginger (Gincko) or a very British black beer (Nola Barley Wine) creations.
