Christophe Monterin's madeleines are a real gourmet reference for the people of Aix, the summer people and the tourists. As a proof, it is regular to see a line of customers waiting their turn in front of the counter opened on the Gaston de Saporta street. Didn’t know madeleines could taste this good! Although the line was quite long we were helped quickly by some friendly girls. Tried the natural and lemon madeleines and both were delicious!
