Christophe Monterin's madeleines are a real gourmet reference for the people of Aix, the summer people and the tourists. As a proof, it is regular to see a line of customers waiting their turn in front of the counter opened on the Gaston de Saporta street. Made every day in the Peynier workshop, the madeleines are available in lemon, orange, rum, vanilla, praline... and you can also order by phone.

Nombreux parfums pour ces madeleines succulentes. D'abord attiré par le monde devant la boutique j'ai ensuite succombé à ces fameuses madeleines. Bravo !

La variété des madeleines est attirante. Pas mal de monde lors de ma visite (un samedi en décembre). Quand on pense à Aix en Provence après les calissons on pensera maintenant aux madeleines !

Aucune comparaison possible, ces madelaines sont excellentes. Un accueil toujours chaleureux.
Le plus dur est d'arriver au parking sans avoir commencer à entamer votre boite.
