Organic and gluten-free bakery and pastry shop
Franck Belleton is an artisan chocolatier and confectioner, offering only organic and gluten-free products. Gluten-free because Franck, diagnosed celiac a decade ago, has developed flour-free recipes. His cakes, tarts, viennoiseries, crisp baguettes and cookies have as many flavors and textures as conventional sweets. There's something for everyone, intolerant or not. We also love our meringues and chocolates. Lunchtime snacks include gourmet sandwiches, pizzas, quiches and daily specials.
