The navettes that Laëtitia makes in the lab adjoining the store are different, but just as good as her cousins from Marseille. Flour, butter, eggs, orange blossom: the ingredients are the same for this long, tender cookie in the shape of a boat, a commemorative symbol of the arrival of the Saintes Maries on our Provencal coast. Laëtitia also makes macaroons, almond croquants, canistrelli...and a navette spread in partnership with the Grand Puech jam maker.
