There are the emblematic Marseillaises and then there are the Aixoises... The navettes that Laëtitia makes in the lab adjoining the store are different, but just as good as her cousins from Marseille. Flour, butter, eggs, orange blossom: the ingredients are the same for this long, tender cookie in the shape of a boat, a commemorative symbol of the arrival of the Saintes Maries on our Provencal coast. Laëtitia also makes macaroons, almond croquants, canistrelli...and a navette spread in partnership with the Grand Puech jam maker.
