Talented, creative and a gifted pastry chef, Alsace-born Florian Grad apprenticed with Emile Jung, the Michelin-starred chef at Le Crocodile in Strasbourg. Then it was in the South, notably at the Villa Madie in Cassis, that Florian perfected his technique. Victoire marks a new departure in 2021, a 4-hands job with Inès, his pastry companion, who brings her personal touch to the creations, with a common demand for quality ingredients and a reasoned quantity of fats and sweets. Signature and ephemeral cakes, revisited classics, seasonal entremets and viennoiseries are unanimously acclaimed beyond the village of Puyricard. Victoire lives up to its name.

Message from Management
La Pâtisserie Victoire is located in the center of the village of Puyricard, near Aix-en-Provence. After having trained with great pastry chefs such as Jean-Marc Banzo and Dimitri Droisneau and having been awarded by the Gault & Millau Guide, Florian Grad decided to open his own pastry shop. With Inès, his partner, they create their own signature, healthy, beautiful and good cakes with little fat and little sugar. The house stands out for its use of seasonal ingredients, from short circuits and its desire to always offer you new creations. The shop windows are attractive and offer a wide choice of pastries, individual cakes, cookies and confectionery. You will also find gift certificates to offer to your loved ones. Moreover, the house carries out your orders for your private or professional events.
