MAISON MIGNON
Go there and contact
If you've been to the confectionery stalls at the fairgrounds, you might recognize the ancestor of the Maison Mignon, Maximilian Janselme (the same one who invented the sugar drawn to make the berlingots), on the zinc sign. Cyril Servier, a proud descendant of Maximilian, and his wife Tessa, originally from Aix-en-Provence, have decided to put down their suitcases, filled with the good sweet recipes of the parent company, in the heart of the town centre. It is in this small waffle shop that you will be able to taste waffles as well as sweet and savoury pancakes. The dough is made from organic mountain flours. You can go back to your childhood with a beautiful love apple in your hand, accompanied by a good small Breton cider. On the spot or to take away.
