This bakery at the bottom of rue Espariat is an institution for the people of Aix-en-Provence. Kneaded, shaped and baked by the 100% artisan baker, the bread is soft and crisp all day long. The viennoiseries are delicious, and breakfast can be taken on the premises, with two tables set up in the window. We also recommend the pastries. Provencal specialties such as gibassier and pompe à huile are served at Christmas time.

Yes, it is the best bakery Aix and the welcome is charming.
It has become rare then to say it: it is a Aix brand that factory bread and pastries itself. I was never disappointed by their products. Let us wish that continue still a long time... (already my grandparents were used themselves for this place!)
