Ophélia and Nicolas gave up everything to launch their small business. For a while, they were on the summer market in Aix, but now it's in a small, uncluttered room that these under-30s make their cookies for the general public. New York-style cookies with a special texture that makes them soft and chewy with hazelnut, macadamia (white chocolate and macadamia nuts), double choco, dark chocolate or gianduja flavors... We can see them taking turns to work in their workshop-boutique which delights the taste buds. Organic products, unrefined sugar and Valrhona pastry chocolate. Let yourself be tempted by the cookie sundae, fleur de lait ice cream and your choice of cookie pieces!
