This institution closed its doors on rue Espariat but returns to the market of the Place de la Madeleine, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays for the greatest happiness of the inhabitants of Aix! Master craftsman from father to son, Nicolas has taken up the torch and officiates in his truck. You can find the flagship products of this butcher's shop: beef from the Charolais region, lamb from the PACA region, pork from the Alps... and take-away dishes prepared according to the chef's inspiration. Quality and service are at the rendezvous, as the queue indicates. A sure value!
