Adjacent to the Roy René factory, this museum is a true tribute to Calisson, an emblematic little delicacy from Aix-en-Provence! Known throughout the world, its sweet taste of almond and candied melon is part of the city's heritage and history. This recent museum, located on the RN7, about ten minutes by car from the city centre of Aix, reveals the history and secrets of the Calisson. Among other discoveries, the calisson and nougats workshops will no longer have any secrets for you. Gourmet scents, archives, old machines bear witness to the past but also to the present, the company having been awarded the label Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant (EPV).
