Un vrai Chef, c'est d'abord une personnalité. Clément est un vrai personnage attachant. La joie de vivre et surtout une véritable expérience professionnelle. Cuisiner avec Chef Clément c'est ouvrir la page d'un livre qui vous ouvre les portes du savoir faire et du plaisir d'être ensemble. Une belle journée en perspective. Foncez.

Clément est un chef au top. Il nous met à l'aise et nous a appris beaucoup de techniques culinaires.

Booked a private cooking class with Chef Clement and we had the best evening! The kitchen is professional and in pristine condition. Chef Clement is very talented knowledgeable and fun and we have genuinely learned so much from him. The food is so delicious. Solid 10/10 experience and will definitely come back whenever we are next in Provence.
