The association des Amis du Planétarium d 'Aix-en-Provence (APAP) offers the public these planetarium sessions. The dome on which the celestial sphere is projected 8 m in diameter and can accommodate up to 50 people (with access for persons with reduced mobility). The sessions last on average 45 minutes and are systematically "piloted" by a scientific facilitator. A complete (and well done) brochure is downloadable from the planetarium website to learn more about the programs and content of the sessions for the current year.

Opening time and information on PLANÉTARIUM PEIRESC

Wednesday: session very public (as of 7 years) at 3pm. Special session for the 4-7 years accompanied at 4pm. Saturday: sessions at 11am, 3pm and 5pm. Sunday: session at 3pm first Sunday of each month. Rates: €7 (adults), €5 (children up to 18 years), €6 (unemployed people, students, etc). The reservations are done by telephone to the 04 42 20 43 66 Tuesday to Saturday, from 9am to 12pm and from 1pm to 4.30pm. To leave a message in the event of absence.

Une excellente expérience autant pour les petits que pour les grands. Accueil au top, salle très confortable et climatisée, les explications sont parfaites, nous reviendrons car il y a différentes présentations.

Séance absolument passionnante, animée par un intervenant visiblement passionné et pédagogue. Le contenu est parfaitement adapté aux adultes curieux ou novices en astronomie. J’ai passé un excellent moment, un grand merci pour la découverte !
