The Festival photo d'Aix has chosen a very special approach with its Regards Croisés (Crossed Views) between international artists. Each year, a different country is invited to take part in a "match" with France. But there are also "Parcours" on a variety of themes: Portraits, fragility, free, unusual... The guided tours are very interesting. Events are organized by La Fontaine Obscure, an association of photographers whose gallery of the same name presents the work of a photographer every month. The photographs are exhibited in various places around the city.
