The ground floor of the restaurant Le Messing transforms into a piano bar and tapas bar. A festive atmosphere, with live groups, in what was the former mill of Aix-en-Provence and then a calissons factory. There are still beautiful volumes, vaults and old presses highlighted by the lighting. One moves either on the side of the small alcoves, behind large stone pillars, the remains of the mill, or in the central space where one attable in a user-friendly way, the way to eat. In the glasses, champagne, cocktails and wines from here and elsewhere and in the tapas plate to share.
