Arthur and Charlotte want to share their love of the South: they recently opened a beautiful bistro next to the Cours Mirabeau, with a welcoming and generous bar featuring the colors of Provence. In the evening, it's aperitif time in a cosy, friendly atmosphere. Aperitif platter, croque-monsieur or veggie platter. The wine list is extensive, and there's a wide choice of cocktails: from Mamette, an Aix-based start-up that you'll find in the guide, to Jardin d'été (gin, cider, orange blossom and lemon) and Melon Martini (vodka and melon juice), everything is fresh and often homemade.
