Mazarin is none other than the smallest cinema in the Aix-en-Provence area and that is precisely what makes it so charming! Regularly in the shadow of its giant neighbour, the Cézanne, it is classified as an art and essay and appropriates rare films shown in a few cinemas in France. Le Mazarin, like Le Renoir, appeals to a demanding audience who love auteur films, atypical works, films that are ultimately acclaimed by critics. Retrospectives, documentaries, unpublished films... All foreign films are in their original version and subtitled in French, which is highly appreciated, especially by foreign students and tourists passing through. Notice to amateurs!
