Specialized in sports shooting, the shop also offers a large radius dedicated to hunting, another to trap ball and another to cutlery. You will also find self-defence articles and hunting clothing. This spacious shop in the city centre aligns itself with the best in the field: Airsoft, weapons of fire, ammunition, outdoor items such as hunting attire… A very professional workshop for repairs, development, affutages… The house has its own shooting club (access by the shop). Il est déplorable pour une enseigne de cette taille, de négliger à ce point le concept de "Satisfaction Clients".
Je sais que cette remarque est en totale opposition avec le ressenti que certaines personnes ont exprimé, suite à leur visite physique dans votre magasin, mais les faits sont là.
L'activité de vente par correspondance est désolante et manque totalement du minimum de déontologie relative au relationnel qu'un client, ayant acquitté une facture souvent salée, est en droit d'attendre.
C'est tristement désolent.
