Lovely, comfortable, spacious rooms facing the spa in downtown Aix, with a rooftop overlooking Sainte-Victoire.
This hotel has been completely renovated in a warm, trendy style. Facing the Thermes, it boasts very comfortable rooms and a magnificent terrace on the fourth floor with a view of Sainte-Victoire. A hearty buffet breakfast is served with organic and local produce. As for parking, it's admittedly small, but has the merit of being conveniently located in the city center. Tourist brochures are available in the lobby to help you organize your visits. You'll be hard pressed to find better value for money in the city center.

L’établissement est idéalement situé, à deux pas de la vieille ville, ce qui est parfait pour explorer Aix à pied.
Le personnel est particulièrement accueillant, serviable et toujours à l’écoute. Lors de notre séjour, nous avons malheureusement rencontré deux fois des problèmes de voisinage à cause de clients bruyants, mais l’équipe a réagi immédiatement avec professionnalisme et nous a même proposé un geste commercial très apprécié.
Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner à deux reprises : il offre un bon rapport qualité-prix, même s’il pourrait être encore plus complet avec un peu plus de choix en protéines (comme du saumon fumé, par exemple).
Dans l’ensemble, nous recommandons vivement l’hôtel Escaletto pour son emplacement, la qualité de l’accueil et le confort général !
