Chef Christophe Gavot's "Taula Gallici" gourmet cuisine is distinguished by the quality of its southern produce and the precision of its cooking. Service is orchestrated by Maître d'hôtel Sébastien Montero in the comfort of our cosy dining rooms. In summer, you can try "Dolce Serrata" on the terrace, an ephemeral seasonal table featuring Italian specialties.

What a truly magical experience! The entire staff was superb, extremely courteous and helpful. We had the pleasure of indulging in some delightful spa treatments and Camille was perfection with her exquisite touch. At the front desk, Sos was readily helpful and gracious. Matthieu was an exceptional concierge and instrumental in helping us plan our ascent to the Croix de Provence. And as the Head of Guest Relations, Michel’s exuberance was energizing and infectious. We look forward to the next time we can immerse ourselves in the splendor of Villa Gallci!

We had an incredible experience at Villa Gallici in Aix-en-Provence as part of our 30th wedding anniversary celebration. We simply cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel and its exceptional staff. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay absolutely perfect.||The property itself is magical—elegant, serene, and truly transportive. It feels like stepping into another time and place, where every detail is designed to create a sense of quiet luxury and timeless charm. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer.||A special thank you to the front desk and the concierge team, who were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They answered every question with care and helped us plan a remarkable walking tour through Cézanne’s mountains with Elodie from Zen Road. It was one of the highlights of our trip—a peaceful, meaningful way to experience the Provence countryside through the lens of Cézanne’s art. We highly recommend this tour as well.||We feel very fortunate to have spent time at Hotel Villa Gallici and can only hope to return someday. It was, without a doubt, a magical experience and the perfect way to celebrate such a special occasion.

There are too many staff to thank for my truly magical experience at Villa Gallici. From the moment I pulled up to the gate until the moment I left, I was consistently greeted as though I was a long lost friend by every staff member onsite. Each day, I noticed more and more thoughtful details around the property (i.e. fresh displays of multi colored roses scattered everywhere in the spa, impeccable landscaping, a thoughtful turn-down service). There were multiple occasions where it felt like I was on the set of a beautiful old Hollywood movie. Thank you Villa Gallici for providing true luxury and a level of care for your guests that I never knew was possible. What a dream vacation.
