L'Archevêché has changed hands, with a chic new decor featuring velvet banquettes and armchairs, mirrors and cement tiles on the floor. The menu remains Provencal, with revisited brasserie dishes, white tablecloths and impeccable service. The terrace is still shaded by plane trees, where time stands still and you can smell the vacations. We're right on the edge of one of the historic center's busiest shopping streets, so be sure to make a reservation.
